About SaveMyBudget
Why we exist
Solving click fraud is hard. Google fights it every day at a scale nobody else can match, and does a better job than it gets credit for. We're not the first to work on this, and we won't be the last.
But almost all the effort so far sits on the platform side. Advertisers — the people actually paying for every click — have had to take the results on trust.
We want to be the advertiser's champion.
Mission
Build the toolkit that lets any advertiser see, prove and minimise the impact of click fraud on their business.
What we believe
- Advertisers deserve their own view of the data, not just the platform's verdict.
- Google isn't the only front. Every ad platform should improve its practices and give advertisers the capability to fight back.
- Evidence beats opinion. Claims should be backed by data, filed fairly and judged on their merits.
- This works best in the open, which is why the core toolkit is open source.
Who we are
SaveMyBudget is built by Ivo Kostadinov, a London-based growth marketer with 15+ years in performance marketing and five startup exits behind him. He's managed Google and Meta budgets for e-commerce brands, which is where he kept running into the same problem: budget spent on clicks that were never real.
We're a small team. The kind where the founder, the engineer and the support desk all share one desk, because they're the same person. Every company starts at one. This one isn't planning to stay there.
Where this goes
We'd like to see click fraud become a solved problem — whether through independent tools like ours or the platforms adopting these capabilities themselves. Either way, advertisers win.
